This was a really fun gift guide to do! Amazon has such a great selection!! My two oldest kids are runners so this gave me some good ideas for presents for them. My oldest struggles with shin splints so I think I’m going to try the calf massager. And both my kids swear by the compression sleeves. They both wear them and have significantly helped their shin splints and other leg issues. You can’t go wrong with liquid IV too. My kids drink those ;). I am intrigued by the ear buds because they are specifically supposed to stay in your ears while running. They look like they’d work! Check out the gift guide! There’s lots of goodies in here!
